FREE SHIPPING

How to qualify for free shipping:

1) Order $100.00 or more
2) Ship to any address within the US

3) Will ship via USPS

Free Domestic Shipping  takes from 3 to 5 business days to reach its destination.

International Shipping typically take 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach its destination.

If you need to expedite your order, choose Second Day Air or Next Day Air. 

Cancellations, combining orders or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.
Orders outside the US do not qualify for free shipping.......

RETURN POLICY

THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER

 

 CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Thank you for choosing MyProgressMD products. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We are committed to providing you with the best quality products at reasonable prices.

You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 30 days to return any unopened product on  your order to receive a refund. We cannot, however, refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.

 

RETURN

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason and you wish to cancel your order:

  1. You can notify us by emailing us at orders@myprogressmd.com before we have dispatched the item(s); or
  2. To return item(s) that have already been dispatched, the following terms apply:

If you would like a refund or exchange, item(s) must be returned within 30 days. The item(s) being returned need to be in perfect conditions and in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalized and/or used, unless it is deemed to be faulty.

The sender is responsible for return postage, packing insurance and direct costs, and will not be refunded. Please keep proof of posting to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns or complaints within 5 workdays.

Replacements will be sent free of charge if the item is faulty or damaged.

Any items returned should be in a saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
